The dark amber-colored and nutty NV Dry Sack Medium, a historical brand, was produced with Palomino and some Pedro Ximénez bottled with an average age of six years and around 28 grams of residual sugar, as they say, "not too sweet, not too dry." It has an Oloroso character, clean, expressive, young and elegant. In 2023, they produced 2330,000 bottles of it, but there's no indication of the bottling date on the labels, only obscure lot numbers that suggest the bottle I tasted was bottled in 2024.
