A blend of 97% Cabernet Sauvignon with 3% Petit Verdot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple colored and decadently scented of preserved plums, chocolate box and blueberry pie with nuances of violets, pencil lead and bay leaves. Full-bodied and completely packed with muscular fruit, it has a solid frame of grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and layered. 710 cases produced.
