The 2021 Reserve Estate is a force to be reckoned with, bursting from the glass with a perfumed bouquet of blue and purple flowers, crushed black cherries, blackberries, pencil lead and exotic spice. It’s sleek and racy yet still sapid, riding a velvety wave of ripe red and black fruits as a flourish of violet pastille mingles with silky tannins toward the close. The 2021 doesn’t miss a beat, tapering off on a note of refinement—structured yet fresh and impossibly long. It finishes with a lingering floral resonance and leaves the mouth watering for more.

Predominantly Cabernet with Merlot and Malbec sourced from three different estate vineyard sites in the Walla Walla Valley. This red blend has very subdued violet, tart blueberries, graphite and lavender aromatics. The palate builds complexity with time in the glass, as some of its structure gives over to fruit and layered spice in the palate. Flavours of tangy blackberries, mocha-dusted black cherry and Christmas spices with a touch of white pepper bracing a lengthy finish.
