Valdiguié, aka Napa Gamay, is usually seen in its still red form, but here behind a Barbie-pink hue is a serious pét-nat from one of Napa's oldest ranches. Great concentration from 40-year-old vines, lipsmacking flavours of creamy strawberry, hibiscus and rosehips.
