The pure Cabernet always sticks out like a sore thumb in the middle of the other wines. The 2020 Grillos Cantores Cabernet Sauvignon is minty, balsamic, herbal but ripe, intensely varietal and with a round palate with soft tannins. In 2020 they got 13.5% alcohol, and the wine is medium-bodied and balanced, quite fresh and with moderate ripeness. 22,573 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2022.
