The 2015 Saint Amour Le Châtelet underwent a 20 day whole cluster ferment and 16 months in barrel. It has a pure, floral, iodine-tinged bouquet that is very well defined and seductive. The palate is well balanced with succulent ripe tannin, a fine line of acidity and a blueberry driven finish that exudes Saint-Amour typicité. Bon vin!
