This version of Jean-Paul Hébrart's NV Brut Sélection is based on the 2012 harvest and includes reserve wines from 2009 and 2008. Disgorged in November 2014 with a dosage of seven grams per liter, this is an old-vines assemblage of 65% Pinot Noir from Maureuil-sur-Aÿ and 35% Chardonnay from Chouilly and Oiry. It is very clear and elegant on the nose, with very precise and detailed fruit aromas. Highly elegant, round, intense and pure, with a certain sweetness but remarkable finesse, this is a quite complex Sélection whose mineral purity shines through in the finish. A real value!
