Matured in used oak, the 2023 Gamay Noir Jewel's has intense aromas of pomegranate, blood orange, cracked pepper, lavender and licorice. The medium-bodied palate features pleasantly savory, flint-laced flavors. It’s framed by silky tannins and vibrant acidity and has a long, earth-laced finish. Only 45 cases were made.
