This is a pleasing and enticing wine with beautifully constructed fruits, fleshy and fresh. A crisp apple flavour dominates; Granny Smith perhaps, which adds nuance and acidity to this elegant wine.

The medium-bodied 2016 Sauvignon Blanc features hints of crushed tomato leaf on the nose, plus plenty of fig, nectarine and grapefruit flavors. It's ripe and plump in the mouth, without losing its varietal herbal notes, and ends long, with a deft combination of green grass and wet stones.
