The 2018 Chardonnay Aurata is incredibly seamless and pure, its bass tones of peaches, beeswax and almonds streaked with saline character. The palate offers seamless waves of savory flavors that undulate through the mouth like satin, and it finishes with tremendous length and purity. It's simply magical!

Winemaker Maggie Harrison says: '2019 was the hardest vintage I've ever had in my entire life; it was warm and humid all summer, and there was incredible disease pressure'. It is a blend of fruit from all five vineyards where Antica Terra sources fruit, and she sorted with unforgiving rigor until she reached her vision. She has managed to produce a wine that is bursting with sunshine and warmth in this notably rainy year. The fruit is super-ripe, almost to the edge of butterscotch. The texture, too, is rich. Her fans will no doubt be pleased.
