ALBERT BICHOT DOM LONG CHABLIS GRAND CRU LES VAUDESIRS is a refined white wine from the Chablis region in Burgundy, France. This Grand Cru offers a complex flavor profile that includes notes of citrus, pear, and a distinct minerality, characteristic of the Kimmeridgian soil found in this prestigious vineyard. The wine is elegant and has a refreshing acidity, making it a standout choice for Chardonnay enthusiasts.
This Chablis pairs beautifully with seafood dishes, particularly oysters, scallops, and grilled fish. It also complements creamy cheeses, chicken in white sauce, and light pasta dishes, enhancing the dining experience with its crisp freshness.

The 2020 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru plays a very subtle and clever reduction on the nose, although it needs a little more fruit concentration for its status. The palate is fresh and tensile on the entry, not as concentrated as Droin's Vaudésir, though it has a vibrant and spicy finish. But it doesn't fully convince you that it is Grand Cru in quality, unlike others in this flight. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.
