The 2015 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru, under the Domaine du Pavillon label, has a soft, slightly muffled bouquet of apricot blossom, lime and a touch of acacia. The palate is medium-bodied with a viscous opening, moderate weight in the mouth, but it feels a little simplistic towards the linear finish, needs more weight and "gras" character to come through.
