Racy acidity creates a sleek frame for a lovely range of strawberry paste, nectarine, pink grapefruit granita, spun honey and acacia blossom notes. This swathes the palate in raw silklike finesse, while a rich hint of chopped nuts joins the minerally underpinning to echo on the finish. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Disgorged January 2024. Drink now through 2029.

The NV (2015) Brut Rosé is fabulous. Rich and expansive on the palate, Alexandre Chartogne's Rosé is impossible to put down. The 2015 has enough richness to drink well at the table, but it is also irresistible on its own. Readers will find a racy, generous Rosé that hits all the right notes. Vinification in tank preserves a good deal of freshness. Dosage is 5-6 grams per liter. Disgorged: December, 2019.

Based on the 2018 vintage, Chartogne's latest NV Brut Rosé was disgorged in May 2021 with around six grams per liter dosage. Offering up aromas of pear, tangerine and plums, it's medium to full-bodied, seamless and fleshy, with a pillowy mousse and a generous core of fruit. It's one of the more immediate, front-loaded wines in the range.

Pretty sunset pink color, with a soft, strawberry Champagne. It is dry, but the dryness is less important than fruitiness, with citrus and caramel flavors.
