The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is medium to deep garnet-purple in color and features blackcurrants, black cherries and black raspberries on the nose with suggestions of fallen leaves, dried Provence herbs, wood smoke and pencil shavings. Medium to full-bodied, it has a taut backbone of firm, grainy tannins and plenty of freshness to support the muscular fruit, finishing with an herbal lift. 476 cases produced.
