The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is dusty and chalky on the nose, with dried flowers, potpourri, kiwi fruit and pulped lychees. In the mouth, the wine has celery and underripe green apples. It's sort of squishy and broad, while also being green and tart. Hard work. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
