I loved the 2021 Château Olivier Blanc, which might be the finest white I've tasted from this address. Giving up smoking good notes of honeyed lime and crushed stone, it's medium-bodied, has a vibrant, focused mouthfeel, integrated acidity, a great mid-palate, and outstanding length.

Vibrant, with delicious white peach and white apricot notes, laced with chamomile, honeysuckle and salted butter accents. The fun, juicy finish has excellent energy. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Drink now through 2027. 1,500 cases made, 300 cases imported.
