The 2019 Chablis Tete d'Or has a composed bouquet of yellow plum, crushed rock and light fume scents that uncoil in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. The oak barrel underpins this Chablis but doesn't obscure the terroir expression, though I would still afford it 12-18 months in bottle.
