So dense, saturated and velvety, it coats the mouth with smooth tannins and ripe, generous black fruit. Nicely layered and fully tannic but fine grained, practically oozing blackberries, balsam, roasted almonds and black cherries on a full body. Drink or hold.

Rich, but not overpowering, this bright and aromatic Cabernet gives aromas of currant, black pepper, cocoa and cedar on the nose. The palate is neatly balanced, with rich roasted cherry and berry flavors in a medium bodied framework of acid and silky tannins with barrel spice emerging over the finish.

A direct style, with black currant and black cherry paste flavors laced with roasted vanilla and tobacco leaf notes. Shows a touch of grain on the finish, which relies a bit too much on its toast. Drink now through 2028. 5,000 cases made.
