The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaudevey wafts from the glass with notes of green apple, white flowers and honeycomb. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, bright and tangy. It's a promising wine that I look forward to seeing from bottle.

The 2017 Chablis Vau de Vey ler Cru has a very attractive bouquet with scents of pressed dandelion on the nose, touches of lime and cold stone developing with time in the glass. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and taut with a brisk, quite saline finish. Very fine with good potential.
