The 2021 Chablis Les Croix Aux Moines, which saw 10% aged in barrel, has a slightly more candied, vanilla bouquet that hints at some oak aging. The simple palate has melon and Clementine notes, though the finish feels rather basic and doesn't encourage another sip like the far superior Les Reinettes.
