The 2016 Terroir Series Cabernet Sauvignon is a varietal bottling aiming to show the typicity of the grape, in this case, from the Valle de Uco. It fermented with selected yeasts and matured in second and third use barrels (80% French and 20% American) for 12 months. It has some creaminess and herbal and spice aromas, with a medium-bodied palate with fine-grained tannins. 55,000 bottles produced.
