Round and silky on the palate, this is a substantial, highly elegant, sustainable, salty and tensioned Heiligenstein full of finesse and without any age. Very deep and perfectly balanced. Stony, flinty reduction still clouds the nose of this wine. Underneath, the promise of citrus is evident.
