Made from 100% Syrah, the 2020 Ex Umbris begins with a dark-fruited and ripe frame of black cherry, red and black spices and a dusty and floral edge with notions of smoked plums and blackberry skin. Medium to full-bodied, the wine offers dusty tannins with elements of savory herbs before ending with a food-friendly finish. Enjoy with BBQ and flame-kissed meats.

The 2020 Ex Umbris is all Syrah mostly from the Red Willow Vineyard. It has terrific blackberry and black raspberry fruits as well as some peppery herbs and smoky, charry notes that also carry over to the palate.
