Clayhouse Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Deep purple/dark red color. Aromas of dark Bing cherries and blackcurrants with hints of cedar and vanilla. The wine is rich, full-bodied and has sweet black cherry and ripe plum fruit flavors with spicy undertones. Pair with slow roasted short ribs over a bed of creamy polenta.
