The extremely ripe 2014 Auditori was playing dangerously with overripeness, hinting on honeyed aromas, plum compote and something earthy, coupled with some traces of hay and straw. The palate is full-bodied with plenty of tannins, very ripe flavors and lowish acidity. It could do with more freshness. 2,250 bottles.
