I sampled the Vigne Marina Coppi 2016 Colli Tortonesi Favorita Marine a few degrees colder than normal and report success. This is a slender, medium-bodied expression with a slightly oxidized bouquet that focuses on stone fruit, apricot, honey and dried fruits. Pair it with grilled fish or spicy Thai curry.
