This blend of Bordeaux grape varieties starting with Malbec offers deep black- and red-cherry aromas, a good, moderately tannic texture, substantive fruit flavors and oak spices ranging from clove to cedar to cinnamon. Best from 2024-2030.

An estate-grown blend of 40% Malbec, 32% Petit Verdot 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 5% Merlot from Oak Knoll, the 2019 Dragon's Tooth Red Wine features toasty, smoky oak nuances and bright cherry-berry fruit. It's medium-bodied, silky-textured and refreshingly juicy on the palate, with a rather fast-fading finish.

The 2019 Red Blend Dragon's Tooth is a blend of Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. This medium to full-bodied, savory effort offers enjoyable red and blue fruits as well as leather, but some overtly aggressive, firm tannins detract on the palate.
