The wine's Golden Delicious apple and pear aromas are joined by notes of of petrol and lemon drop hard candies, complete with the sugary coating. It's more of the same on the palate, although the citrus may lean toward lime. Nice acidity and the kind of clean, fresh mountain stream texture you'd like to dip a toe in.

Lively and refreshing, with lilting green apple, honeysuckle and petrol accents that glide on the crisp yet supple finish. Drink now. 1,500 cases made.

A medium straw hue, the 2021 Riesling Estate is lifted with petrol, apricot, and candied citrus aromas. Despite its 13 grams of residual sugar, it comes across as primarily dry on the palate and is medium-bodied, with a nice balance between ripe fruit and fresh citrus drive, bright but not harsh acidity, and a clean, long finish. It is drinking well now and will do well over the next 6-8 years.
