The Tasting Panel
Although it's winter now, the springtime array of scentsations is welcome: lemongrass, white flowers and orange peel are fresh and clean. Energetic, tart white grapefruit is sweetened by white peach and egg custard-just enough creaminess to balance it out with its exceptional acidity and mineral finish.
Fermented in stainless steel, this is a pretty wine, with a darker tint of pinkish-orange color. Tangy peach and lime provide a crisp, clear and light-bodied experience atop persistent acidity and texture.
