The color is deep beet red with a waffle cone nose of concentrated cherry, spice, plum and grilled meat. Experientially, it's almost as if you had got popped in the
mouth in a cherry orchard at harvest - by which I mean, concentrated-salineBing cherry on vibrant acidity. The fine
emery board texture beautifully meets the acid-laced structure and finishes long.

Deep, bright-rimmed magenta. Smoke- and spice-accented cherry and black raspberry aromas take on a suave floral quality with air. Supple and broad on entry and then more taut in the midpalate, offering bitter cherry, dark berry and candied licorice flavors and a hint of espresso. Finishes long and chewy, with dusty tannins lending final grip. 15% new oak.
