Pale salmon, very pale. First aroma: acidity, mandarine, flowery. Second aroma: complex, floral, peony, hollyhock, white flowers. Perfect balance between acidity and ripeness.
Nice aromatic persistence, traces of citrus fruits, grapefruit, pineapple. Remarkable length. Spicy finale.

So pale in color that it looks like a white wine, this is only discernible as a rosé by its texture. Having taken lack of color to its extreme, the producer probably needs to pull back and give the hue the same attention as the attractive grapefruit and spice flavors.
