Mollydooker
Complexed by combining the regional flavours of grapes from McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek and Padthaway, this wine has incredible power and purity. As you know, Mollydooker means Aussie for left-hander, so the label depicts a boxer with two left gloves; sure to knock you out! The 2006 was an enormous hit. Pairs with: Savory full-flavored meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken. Our Shiraz's match very well with aged, hard cheeses from cow or goat's milk such as sharp cheddar, parma or manchego. Especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and dark chocolate!
Wine Advocate
The 2007 The Boxer Shiraz is a saturated purple color with an expressive nose of balsam wood, violets, scorched earth, and blueberry compote. Dense and rich on the palate, it has layers of succulent fruit, lots of spice, and a lengthy finish. It is surprisingly elegant for its size. It, too, can be enjoyed through 2017.

Supple and generous. A lithe mouthful of spicy blackberry and tar flavors, lingering effortlessly with a thin veil of fine tannins. Drink now through 2013.
