Mollydooker
A powerful blend of all our favourite red varieties, it has incredible depth and complexity. Everyone seems to love having Two Left Feet! Named for Sarah and Sparky's dancing ability!
Pairs with: Savory full-flavored meats such as roasted lamb, beef short ribs or even spice-rubbed or barbequed chicken. Our Shiraz's match very well with aged, hard cheeses from cow or goat's milk such as sharp cheddar, parma or manchego. Especially delicious with dried cherries, salted marcona almonds and dark chocolate! Can be consumed with or without friends. We recommned that when you drink with friends to bring more than one bottle, or you won't get much for yourself. Enjoy!
Wine Spectator
Crisp in texture and a bit tannic, with ripe black fruits and smoky oak making for an intense combination of flavors, finishing rich and slightly herbal. Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Best from 2010 through 2015
